Drop In a Video, Get Titles, Tags, a Thumbnail and a YouTube Upload
I publish a lot of YouTube videos. And recording them was never the slow part.
It's everything after. Writing a title. Writing a description. Coming up with tags. Making a thumbnail. Then clicking through YouTube's upload screens and copy-pasting it all in.
Holy cow, that adds up. So I automated it. 🤖
What Publish Assistant does
- Transcribes your video (with AssemblyAI, or a local engine on your own PC).
- Writes a summary you can use as your description.
- Suggests titles and tags. You pick the ones you like.
- Drafts 3 thumbnail ideas with AI. You tweak them, then it makes the images.
- Uploads to your channel with the title, description, tags and thumbnail you chose.
The AI suggests. You decide. Nothing goes up without your say-so.
Your channel stays yours
Publish Assistant runs on your Windows PC, not on some server.
It asks YouTube for exactly one permission: uploading videos. It can't read, edit or delete anything already on your channel.
Your sign-in is encrypted and saved on your computer. You can cut off access any time from your Google Account permissions page. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
